Get Involved

Volunteers are the heart and soul of our club. BDNC is a community-based sporting organisation that is fully managed and operated by volunteers. The viability and success of the club is a direct result of the contribution of our members.

There are many volunteer opportunities available. You can volunteer as a committee member, a coach or by supporting one of the activities below. Please approach one of the friendly committee members, or send an email to info.bdnc@gmail.com if you would like to help. Many hands make light work.

• Team management: Every team needs a team manager. The team manager ensures team members receive important communications and complete the team sheet on game day.

• Presentation night coordination: Help plan the presentation night at the end of the year, or offer to help set it up or pack/up clean after.

• Court maintenance: Inspect the courts before training commences and remove any sticks, leaves or other debris.

• Ball maintenance: Check and where required blow up/inflate training balls.

• Bib maintenance:  Wash and dry your team's bibs, or the training bibs.
