Policies and Code of Conduct

Codes of conduct

Netball Victoria has established Codes of Conduct for junior players, senior players, parents/guardians, spectators, coaches, umpires and committee members. These Codes of Conduct are guided by the five core values of fair play – integrity, respect, responsibility, fairness and safety.

BDNC also has our own Codes of Conduct, available here

All BDNC players, parents/guardians, spectators, coaches, umpires and committee members are bound by these Codes of Conduct at all times.

BDNC Concussion Policy

The Concussion Policy requires parents, players and coaches to follow the Netball Australia's Guidelines for the Management of Sports Related Concussion in Netball.

BDNC players must disclose any concussion injuries sustained from other sports (e.g. football), including the date the concussion was sustained, the diagnosis and treatment. Where a concussion occurs outside of netball, players are required to apply Netball Australia's Return to Sport Framework in full before returning to netball.

The Balnarring District Netball Club trains on the land of the Bunurong People.
We acknowledge them as the Traditional Owners and pay our respects to their Elders, past and present.
